Miniport collects personal information from our customers in order to provide services to you. This includes your name, address, date of birth, gender and contact details. This also includes payment information, your driver’s license number, some usage data, and your Miniport username and password. Miniport does not request or collect data we do not deem necessary. If customers do not provide all information that Miniport requires, we may not be able to provide a service.

How We Collect:
Miniport collects the majority of personal information about you from you directly. This is details we receive from yourself over the phone, through our website, or any other communication you have with Miniport.
Why We Collect:
As per What We Collect, we collect information from you with the express purpose to provide you with a Miniport service. On top of that, we use this information to ensure we can identify you when you contact us, and all around provide you with brilliant customer service.
Miniport doesn’t share your information where it is not explicitly required by regulation or law. However, we do have to share some of your details in some
cases. For example, with:
• technicians we engage to fix any faults you may have with your service;
• any authorised representative that you specify with us;
• an authorised government, regulatory authority or other organisation such as the TIO where we are required or specifically permitted by law to do so, or to resolve customer complaints or disputes;
• law enforcement agencies concerning any criminal and other laws if we are compelled, or required to do so.
How We Keep:
Miniport keeps customer information on our internal systems which are secured against any unauthorised access. Miniport requires Proof of Identity before we can provide personal information to any person in all cases, this includes you as our customer. We take particular care with any payment details, which are stored in an encrypted format on our systems. We do not store any credit card data. This is stored and maintained by Stripe and Paypal. .
How To Change:
You can access your personal information through our web portal or by contacting us. We will maintain and update this information where necessary, such as when you inform us of any changes to your details.
