This also includes payment information, your driver’s license number, some usage data and your Miniport username and password. Miniport does not request or collect data we do not deem necessary. As per What We Collect, we collect information from you with the express purpose to provide you with a Miniport service. On top of that, we use this information to ensure we can identify you when you contact us, and all around provide you with brilliant customer service.
Miniport doesn’t share your information where it is not explicitly required by regulation or law. However, we do have to share some of your details in some

• technicians we engage to fix any faults you may have with your service;

Miniport requires Proof of Identity before we can provide personal information to any person in all cases, this includes you as our customer.
